The Beryl Institute Patient Experience Grant Program represents our commitment to support the expanded conversation, learning, and research around customer service and the patient experience in healthcare. The mission of this annual program is to support research on the value of patient experience before, during, and after care, how it impacts customer service, and the influence of culture on the experience.The goal is to broaden the dialogue on the value and impact of focusing on the patient experience. It also will serve to increase the volume of data-driven examinations, case studies, and proven practices. This section includes the papers produced by our grant recipients.
