The Patient Experience (PX) Solutions Feedback Program, powered by BAHA Enterprises
enhances innovation and supports new opportunities in the field by connecting resource providers with the Institute’s members who are a part of healthcare provider organizations for virtual feedback on programs and services impacting global patient experience efforts.
As a member of the Institute community, you have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative PX solutions by opting-in to join a Product Review Panel in which you will be to be contacted to provide virtual feedback on innovations or solutions offered by resource providers.
Patient Experience Professionals participating in the PX Feedback Program will:
- Provide feedback virtually via an online survey
- Remain completely anonymous
- Impact resource provider organizations to enhance/modify or develop products/services that best meet the patience experience needs
- Receive a cash reward or a donation to help fund patient/family participation at Patient Experience Conference on your behalf as a thank you for your feedback and effort
Simply complete your brief, online profile. When a resource provider launches a feedback opportunity seeking contributors with your background, role or organization type, you’ll receive an email request for participation. After reviewing the product or solution overview and details of the feedback requested, you have the opportunity to join the review panel or decline participation. If you choose to participate in the panel by completing the online survey, you’ll receive instructions on how to claim your thank you gift (values ranging from $50-100) and your feedback will help drive innovations that can impact patient experience in organizations around the world.

Is the program HIPAA Compliant?
What kind of device do I need to participate?
You can use either a PC or Mac. For mobile tests, you will need either an iOS (Apple) or Android device.
How do I get paid?
You are paid through PayPal (or VenMo which is owned by PayPal) You must have an active PayPal or VenMo account. You will receive payment within 14 days after fully completing a validation test. The waiting period ensures that you have met all the requirements of the validation.
Are my payments taxed?
BAHA Enterprises does not withhold any taxes. You are individually responsible for determining any tax status incurred from receiving payments from us.
How do I get started?
Sign-up above by identifying yourself as a patient or healthcare personnel and fill out a short profile form. Once we receive your information, match you to validations, you start providing feedback and earning money!
