He does this by helping hospitals, government organisations and health insurers transform with the support of our consulting services, training programs and real-time patient survey technologies.
WHAT IS YOUR MOST SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENT IN YOUR ROLE?
Helping initiate and deliver an integrated patient experience improvement program at one of the largest hospitals and health systems in Australia (Western Sydney Local Health District). This is the first combined technology solution and training/advisory program of its kind to be introduced in the country.
WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE YOU ARE CURRENTLY FACING?
Focusing our small organization to help make the biggest societal impact in transforming healthcare around the patient. This is a challenge as we are spread across helping several different types of organisations (hospitals, health insurers, government organisations) that are important in the patient journey, whilst delivering different services in Asia Pacific countries with diverse needs and maturity stages in patient experience.
WHAT ARE YOUR VIEWS ON THE FUTURE OF PATIENT EXPERIENCE?
More integration of patient experience into other areas of healthcare at a strategic and operational level. This involves aligning hospitals and other lateral organisations with healthcare quadruple aims i.e. improving health outcomes, value, staff engagement and using our 6 E Framework to achieve this in a practical, step-by-step manner.
