WHAT IS YOUR MOST SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENT IN YOUR ROLE?
My most significant accomplishment in this role, has been the ability to work with partners to bring change to their members or patients, through equipping them with the tools they need to shift mindset, culture, and leadership. I would also say, teaching people about “The Power of YES!”
WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE YOU ARE CURRENTLY FACING?
As a disruptor in the healthcare industry, my biggest challenge is getting partners and organizations to move with a since of urgency and speed. Our industry is still a lagger, when it comes to meeting the needs of members and patients.
WHAT ARE YOUR VIEWS ON THE FUTURE OF PATIENT EXPERIENCE?
Although this view might be challenged, I believe we must focus on the world of ‘consumerism’. Not just in healthcare, but in every industry. We must explore and learn from those industries on what to do on improving the experience for patients.
WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN WHEN NOT WORKING?
I have an amazing wife and two children. We love to travel and spending time together. When we don’t travel, we like to shop and watch college basketball.
