Emerging Leaders - FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

The Emerging Leaders Program is designed for individuals who are newer to or aspiring to a PX Leader role and those who have an investment in and/or level of operational accountability for experience outcomes (i.e., PFAs, Unit Managers/Directors, etc.).

This virtual program includes four virtual facilitated two-hour sessions, one session per week, over a four-week period and application work in between sessions. Before the weekly online sessions, participants will read a white paper or a PXJ article, listening to a podcast and reading/reviewing another relevant resource from The Beryl Institute such as a blog or webinar.

Yes! The Emerging Leaders Program is built on respecting the power of community and the “magic” that can happen when community members share ideas. Providing space for interaction and inspiration is as important as learning specific tactics or practices.

Tiffany Christensen, VP for Experience Integration, is facilitating the August, 2020, Emerging Leader Program. Tiffany has a unique point of view that ensures the conversation will go beyond the surface and move into something meaningful for the participants. In addition, Jason Wolf, President and CEO of The Beryl Institute, will share his insights during the Experience Plan report-out in week 4 of the program.  

Participants will leave the course equipped with an Experience Framework Plan supported by resources and tested solutions. 

Yes, PXE credits will be offered for the program, pending approval.
