Margo is a senior executive with comprehensive experience in designing and implementing innovative process and structure in complex organizations. Over eighteen years in leading, directing, and developing organizational strategy and culture change which has had a positive impact on employees, physicians, patients and families. Achieved Malcolm Baldridge recognition, Magnet designation and several national quality awards.  Recent experience in academics, teaching evidenced based practice, finance, leadership and emerging healthcare trends specific to leadership, patient safety and dementia care.

With over 25 years of experience in healthcare – specifically in formal executive roles – Margo is currently serving as the CEO of Cheyenne Regional Medical Center/Adjunct Faculty at Creative Health Care Management. She’s been a leader at all levels (CEO/President, COO/VP, CNO, director) in several hospitals. Margo earned a PhD in Human Resources/Organizational Development (she has her Master’s in Nursing Administration and a BSN).
