Emerging Leaders Program Overview

Tiffany Christensen, CPXP | Vice President, Experience Integration, The Beryl Institute

October 14, 2020 - 2:00-2:30 PM ET

Join us for a 30-minute webinar to learn more about the Emerging Leaders program, a learning offering for individuals newer to or aspiring to a PX Leader role and those who have operational accountability for experience outcomes. Based on the eight lenses of The Beryl Institute's Experience Framework, Emerging Leaders is a four-week virtual program reinforcing the integrated nature of healthcare experience and helping participants harness the Framework's power in operationalizing experience improvement.  The webinar will share details on the program structure and goals and provide an opportunity for you to ask questions as you consider joining an Emerging Leaders cohort.

Please note the purpose of this webinar is to provide information on the Emerging Leaders program. The session will not provide patient experience education credit (PXE) as typically offered for our webinar programming. This webinar is complimentary. Space is limited. If the webinar reaches capacity, registrants will have an opportunity to join a wait list and a webinar replay will be provided.
