Addressing human experience in the face of COVID-19. What are your most crucial efforts to ensure a focus on human experience is not lost during this health crisis?

Jason A. Wolf, Ph.D., CPXP, President & CEO, The Beryl Institute

March 26, 2020, 2:00-3:00 PM ET

At this time, we must work to balance the needs of caring for our communities, minimizing impact of the current health crisis, maintaining care for our existing patient population and caring for both the emotional and physical well-being of our care team. What do we need to maintain and what do we need to change to ensure the best in human experience for all?

In an effort to provide space for peer-to-peer support, we hope participants will share what matters to them at this difficult time, their current “pain points” and strategies that are working within their organization during this crisis.
