Join us for a discussion about how to prepare for a successful regulatory agency survey in regard to patient complaints and grievances. Topics will include:

  • What items are requested by these agencies and how to prepare before the surveyors arrive.
  • What to expect when meeting with surveyors.
  • How to write a plan of correction, implement new processes and complete audits for compliance, if a deficiency is found.
