Brief Bio:

Beverly Begovich is the Practice Leader for Baptist Leadership Group, bringing over 30 years of experience in both clinical and management roles. In the last 15 years, Beverly has facilitated organizational change in healthcare at organizations ranging from large academic medical centers to rural hospitals. She is an expert at implementing accountability systems, providing executive coaching, and driving organizational outcomes that achieve and sustain strategic goals. Her nursing background and management experiences in healthcare allow her to engage medical staff and nurse managers as team leaders. Her experience coupled with her enthusiasm to drive change gives her the breadth of knowledge of what it takes to impact organizational behavior.

Relevant Credentials:

Beverly’s clinical experience includes medical surgical nursing as well as recovery room and critical care. Beverly became the youngest Nurse Manager at a South Hills Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. She launched a successful HMO, and directed the training of the professional RN staff in a Pre-certification Company. Her career path included positions in staff development, director, supervisor, Nurse Manager, Vice President, JCAHO consultant and Master Six Sigma Black Belt. She was among the first class of GE Medical Systems Master Black Belt Certification in Healthcare. Beverly is an RN with an International MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, PA.
