Cancellations or requests for refunds must be received in writing by The Beryl Institute at least 30 days prior to a scheduled event. To cancel a registration, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include "Roundtable Cancellation” in the subject line. A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from each cancelled registration.
Please note that cancellations after the 30 day cutoff will not be refunded; however, a transfer credit for the amount of the registration cost may be granted to the individual/organization for another event presented by The Beryl Institute if the requested transfer is received within 7 days before the event. Transfer credits will be issued in writing by the The Beryl Institute. If you are cancelling after the 30 day cutoff and wish to take advantage of this credit, please send an email to email@example.com. Please list "Roundtable Transfer Credit Request” in the subject line.
Substitutions are allowed. Please send the name of the original registrant and the name of the person substituting to The Beryl Institute no later than one week prior to the scheduled event. You may email those requests to the email address listed above. Please include "Roundtable Substitution” in the subject line. Substitutions can also be made on-site at the conference registration desk with the name, registration number and proof of payment of the original registrant.
