Patient Experience (PX) Grand Rounds highlight leading efforts to positively impact the patient experience and bring the range of perspectives to the experience conversation in engaging executive, patient experience leader and patient and family voice. PX Grand Rounds provide an interactive opportunity to learn from those impacting or being impacted by experience efforts and walk away with specific recommendations and insights for action. Hosted by Jason Wolf, President of The Beryl Institute, PX Grand Rounds are held quarterly and last 60-minutes.

Through the sharing of a direct case from each organization, PX Grand Rounds presenters:

  • Share a proven practice or important experience and highlight the key elements of that effort
  • Provide insight into and reflection on what the critical elements of patient experience success comprise
  • Offer advice from their experience on what others can consider and do
  • Provides an opportunity for participants to ask questions as they engage in a collective dialogue about their shared experiences
