Many administrators, leaders and co-workers find it challenging to engage physicians in improving patient satisfaction scores. At other times, methods used have resulted in strong negative reaction. During this webinar we will use data, anecdotes and published research to shift the conversation towards improving patient-centered care, which can be utilized as a messaging strategy to engage physicians. We will also briefly review some of the training methods that have been used at various hospitals to improve physician domain patient satisfaction.
