Managing Complaints and Grievances: How do you ensure the best outcomes for all?

Overview

Topics calls are conference calls where a specific topic/question is offered for group discussion. Each call is scheduled to be an hour in length and limited to a maximum number of participants - 25 individuals. The group will engage in a facilitated dialogue on the topic, sharing ideas and practices that have been implemented to address the particular topic. Designed as an open forum, these calls do not have a presenter, but rather they are structured to allow for interaction with and learning from the participants directly. Please note participation in topic calls is only available to members of The Beryl Institute.

Process

To participate in topic calls please follow the online registration process. Once filled registration will close. Calls will be recorded so those unable to participate directly can review the discussion. This will also allow participants the opportunity to share materials or visuals as part of the conversation. Registrants should be prepared to not only gain insights from others, but also share what they are doing to address the specific issue. This means organizations should be in action around the topic in order to offer contributions to the group.
