Host Site: UCSF Mission Bay Campus San Francisco, California
Regional Roundtables are one-day workshops designed to bring together healthcare executives and patient experience leaders committed to improving the patient experience for their organization, facility or system. Part learning event and part working session, the primary objective of regional roundtables is developing actionable plans. Regional roundtables are grounded in the main purpose of the Institute – to create and sustain a community of professional practice and provide leading resources to support patient experience efforts. Roundtables add a third critical element, that of planning for action. These events are focused on ensuring attendees not only make new contacts and take away new ideas, but also that they leave with work plans that can be implemented immediately. Cancellation Policy >
