The goal of these presentations is to inspire the audience to connect with real patients and family members using vignettes that inform and motivate the listeners to change systems and alter behavior. Participants will also learn about interviewing skills, empathetic responding, and effective methods of educating patients.

The virtual conference runs from 11 AM – 4 PM ET. All sessions within the conference will last 60 minutes including time for Q&A. There will be a one-hour ‘virtual lunch break’ from 1 – 2 PM ET.
