Patient Experience Work Group

Connecting leading thinkers focused on improving patient experience.

As a community of practice with a commitment to understanding and providing for our members' needs, we have engaged a diverse group of patient experience leaders to identify and address the critical issues you face. The Patient Experience Work Group is an active team of Institute members who come together to share ideas and offer input with a purpose - to inform the Institute on what you need as a practitioner and to create new ideas that will support you in your work.

The work group has played a central role in the framing of our definition of the patient experience and is providing ongoing insights into the needs for both our job description library and measurement resources. It exemplifies our commitment to be the place through which individuals from all types and sizes of organizations, from institutions around the world, can connect with and support one another on the important issue of patient experience in healthcare.

The Beryl Institute Patient Experience Work Group is a dynamic and growing part of our community and we invite you to consider joining us in this important work. It is a living example of our commitment to provide leading resources and create lasting connections. Participation in the work group is open to members of the Institute so we invite you to join us today. If you are interested in becoming a part of this effort or have further questions, please contact us. We look forward to your participation.

Perspectives from a Patient Experience Work Group member:

"Talking with colleagues about the often boundless concept of patient experience has been energizing and motivating. We all face similar challenges in personalizing care in these economic times and share a passion for going above and beyond patient and family expectations. Participating in the Patient Experience work group has been very validating of the work that I do every day and a great networking opportunity."
