These On the Road visits are, of course, a two-way street: providing the participating facilities and systems a chance for objective and reflective feedback from The Beryl Institute community so they can continue on their path of continued improvement.

Latest On The Road
Our April On the Road is about the journey of almost 550 individuals from 41 states in the U.S. and ten countries who came together this month at Patient Experience Conference 2013 in Dallas. The annual event represents just three days in the 365 each year we work to bring the conversation on patient experience improvement to the forefront. Yet these three days encompass what we aspire to be, as the core of our existence at The Beryl Institute is one simple, yet powerful word – Community. It is in community that we learn and grow, it is among community that we can support all we look to achieve and it is through community that we can build a movement for patients and families.
