Continuing Education Patient Experience Continuing Education (PXE), Continuing Medical Education (CME), Other learners using AMA designated certificates (PAs, NPs, and Nurses), NAHQ and Social Work credits are available to qualifying participants.


Registration fees include Monday exhibitor reception, Tuesday breakfast, lunch, networking reception and dinner and Wednesday breakfast.

This event is included with your conference registration. Have a friend, colleague or family member you’d like to bring along? Additional guest tickets are available for purchase for $100 during online registration.


Simply type in your email address and confirmation number to login to make changes to your online registration. Your confirmation number was sent to the email you used for registration.

If your organization requires payment by check, you can select the 'check' option during the registration process. Checks must be made out to The Beryl Institute with your conference confirmation # and mailed to:

Please note that registrations via check will be cancelled if payment is not received by April 2, 2018.


Yes, all they need is access to the email you provided for registration and their confirmation number.


Cancellations or requests for refunds must be received in writing by The Beryl Institute by Friday, March 2, 2018. To cancel a registration, please send an email to lori.gordon@theberylinstitute.org and include "Conference Cancellation” in the subject line. A processing fee of $75 will be deducted from each cancelled registration.

Please note that cancellations received from March 3 - April 9, 2018 will not be refunded; however, a transfer credit for the amount of the registration cost may be granted to the individual/organization for The Beryl Institute’s Patient Experience Conference 2019 if the requested transfer is received within 7 days before the event.. Transfer credits will be issued in writing by the The Beryl Institute Conference Manager after the 2018 conference concludes. If you are canceling after the deadline and wish to take advantage of this credit, please send an email to lori.gordon@theberylinstitute.org. Please list "2018 Transfer Credit Request” in the subject line.

No refunds or credits will be issued after March 2, 2018. Substitutions are allowed at any point before the conference. You may email those requests to lori.gordon@theberylinstitute.org. Please include "Conference Substitution” in the subject line. Substitutions can also be made on-site at the conference registration desk with the name, registration number and proof of payment of the original registrant.


Registration discounts for members only apply to the individual with active membership to The Beryl Institute and cannot be shared. We encourage guests to join as a member of the Institute to begin accessing the largest source of patient experience resources and receive discounted registration at patent experience events.


The Beryl Institute is committed to including patient and family voices in the dialogue around patient experience efforts. Members of Patient and Family Advisory Councils and/or ePatients are eligible for subsidized conference registration rates and/or to apply for a registration scholarship.
